Negeri 9 mariiii !!

Assalamualaikum and Hi,in my last post,I did mention that I really really love food right.One of my favourite dishes is Ayam Masak Lemak Chilli Paddy from Negeri Sembilan especially the one that my mum cook.So today,I want anyone who read this to know the recipe of Ayam Masak Lemak Chilli Paddy with bamboo shoots so that you can cook it and give me some,hahaha.

To prepare this dishes,you will need:
-Chicken without it skin,but if you use wild chicken (ayam kampung) no need to remove the skin
-Coconut Milk
-Chilli Paddy-Blend
-Blend turmeric
-Turmeric powder
-Lemongrass (crush)
-Tamarind
-Salt

Instruction:
It is quite easy if you really follow the instructions,so first you have to: 

1.Mix the chicken with the lemongrass,chilli padi and turmeric that already blend together,fry those ingredient together.


2.After that,add coconut milk into the pot and stir.Do not let the coconut milk overflow.


3.Add some turmeric powder,salt,water (depend on the quantity of your dishes) and also tamarind.


4.If you like bamboo shoot,add it in the pot


5.Keep stir until the chicken is cook and then you can prepare the dishes to be eat.


*Note:It is more delicious if the dishes is spicy,so you can add more chilli paddy if you like it spicy.
